Working across Logistics, Resources, Supply Chain, Agriculture and Innovative Technologies the group are looking for a Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner with a specialist focus on Analytical Reporting. 

The Role 
The Management Accountant will be responsible for the delivery of Management reports and dashboards with insightful analysis. You will build value adding relationships across the various business units and develop reporting packs that are relevant across the varied business units.

The role will play a key supporting role to the Group Finance Manager and Senior Management and deliver the following;

• Manage the monthly management packs and reports.
• Ensure accuracy of P&L reporting. 
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure accurate cost allocation to cost centers. 
• Monitor and investigate key variances and trend from budget/forecast.
• Constant implementation and improvement initiatives.
• Build relationships allowing for the provision of timely and relevant information for decision making.
• Develop a strong knowledge of key business drivers.

The Ideal Candidate 
This is an exciting role for a Management Accountant with a passion to get to know a business across the various operating units. 

• CA/CPA Qualified. 
• Tertiary degree in Finance, Commerce or Business etc.
• Have strong communication skills. 
• Have an analytical approach and be able to influence and support business decisions.
