The Opportunity
Reporting to the L&D Manager, this role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality learning solutions across technical and corporate functions.
You will assist with design, coordinate and delivery of programs that support business-critical priorities, from onboarding and leadership development to systems training and professional capability uplift.
This is a hands-on role that combines instructional design, delivery and coordination, with exposure to global stakeholders.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and develop engaging learning solutions grounded in adult learning principles
  • Conduct training needs analysis in partnership with leaders and SME across business units
  • Create learning content and internal user guides
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs
  • Support and administer the LMS (induction, configuration, user setup, reporting)
  • Source and manage external vendors (e.g. presentation skills, leadership programs)
  • Support internal leadership and professional development programs
  • Contribute to uplifting internal capability in instructional design
About You
We are seeking a learning professional with:
  • 3–5 years’ experience in an L&D, instructional design or learning advisory role
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory
  • Experience designing and delivering end-to-end learning programs
  • LMS administration experience
  • Authoring capability (PowerPoint – intermediate)
  • Confidence working with technical stakeholder groups
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment (desirable)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy, occasionally admin-heavy environment
