Our education client is seeking an experienced technology leader to drive the strategic design, delivery, and improvement of enterprise business systems. This role sits within a customer solutions function that partners closely with schools and head-office teams to deliver impactful technology outcomes.
We’re looking for someone who brings a strong consulting mindset, someone who can confidently push back, ask the right questions, and deeply understand business problems before considering solutions. Equally important is your ability to support, mentor, and prioritise the wellbeing of a team.
About the Role

• Lead the design, delivery, and optimisation of enterprise systems aligned to organisational goals
• Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary team, fostering growth and wellbeing
• Provide strategic advice, reporting, and data-driven insights
• Oversee financial, portfolio, and resource management
• Guide best-practice processes including change, risk, and continuous improvement
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to identify needs and future requirements

About You

• Proven experience delivering and implementing strategic technology initiatives
• Strong leadership capability across diverse teams
• Comfortable challenging assumptions and ensuring clarity before solution design
• Skilled in financial and portfolio management within a tech setting
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consultation skills
• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience (highly regarded)
