Junior IT Support Officer
Job description
My client's ICT is currently outsourced to several providers. A project is commencing to refine and improve the ICT model. The Junior IT Support Officer will provide an onsite presence to triage issues and either resolve directly or pass on details to the outsourced provider for action. This is a hands on role suited to someone looking for an entry level role in ICT who has good digital literacy, professional communication skills, and a desire to learn.
This successful applicant will be required to work onsite in the Brisbane CBD to perform their duties.

- Troubleshooting hardware issues for laptops and peripherals
