Key responsibilities include:
- Providing L1-3 support across desktop, network, software, hardware and application environments.
- Supporting business systems and applications.
- Managing escalations and coordinating resolution of major service issues.
- Maintaining knowledge of relevant policies, standards and procedures.
- Contributing to service improvements and team initiatives.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Interest or experience in IT Desktop Support.
- Strong organisational skills with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) highly regarded.
