IT Support Officer

Job description

We are currently supporting multiple QLD Government departments to bring in IT Support personnel to join their teams.

  Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing L1-3 support across desktop, network, software, hardware and application environments.
  • Supporting business systems and applications.
  • Managing escalations and coordinating resolution of major service issues.
  • Maintaining knowledge of relevant policies, standards and procedures.
  • Contributing to service improvements and team initiatives.
About you:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Interest or experience in IT Desktop Support.
  • Strong organisational skills with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) highly regarded.
