We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Team Leader with extensive experience to join our client on an initial 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for devising and executing strategies, managing IT operations, and supervising a team of technical experts. The successful candidate will also be involved in coaching and guiding team members towards achieving excellent performance.

Key Responsibilities

• As the technical team leader you will be expected to showcase outstanding and authentic leadership qualities in various domains, including IT strategy, emerging technologies, information, and knowledge management.
• You will strive for excellence in technology governance, security, infrastructure systems, and knowledge management. These areas play a crucial role in supporting the business' strategic plan.
• Delivery of IT business planning, policy development, budgeting, risk management, and procurement.
• You will drive the implementation and ongoing development of information systems, which will involve communicating system changes or requirements to relevant stakeholders.

Experience 
 

• As a IT Team Leader, you are expected to possess a strong technical understanding of live run and operational IT environments. This includes back-end infrastructure, data centers, business intelligence and reporting, service desk, cloud computing, end-user computing, backup solutions, technology refresh programs, and asset management.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skill.
• A customer centric approach, delivering excellence in customer experience.
• Experience working across Azure or AWS environment
