IT Engagement Officer - aPay

Job description

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior IT Engagement Officer with expertise in Ascender/aPay, to provide support across day-to-day operations and assist with system integrations. You’ll also manage user requests, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and enhance the systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive support for Ascender/aPay, including WSS, Extend, and customizations.
  • Manage user requests via Service Desk, ensuring timely triaging and system maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, assisting in testing changes initiated by vendor partners.
  • Support integration with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, LMS, and APIs.
Skills & Experience:
  • Strong HR/Payroll experience, with expertise in business processes and solutions (knowledge of Ascender/aPay is essential).
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries.
  • Experience developing reports and understanding database design and system configurations.
  • Solid business analysis, product management, release management, and change management experience.
