IT Engagement Officer - aPay
Job description
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior IT Engagement Officer with expertise in Ascender/aPay, to provide support across day-to-day operations and assist with system integrations. You’ll also manage user requests, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and enhance the systems.

- Comprehensive support for Ascender/aPay, including WSS, Extend, and customizations.
- Manage user requests via Service Desk, ensuring timely triaging and system maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, assisting in testing changes initiated by vendor partners.
- Support integration with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, LMS, and APIs.
- Strong HR/Payroll experience, with expertise in business processes and solutions (knowledge of Ascender/aPay is essential).
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries.
- Experience developing reports and understanding database design and system configurations.
- Solid business analysis, product management, release management, and change management experience.
