Intake Coordinator

Job description

Our client delivers specialist programs and services that support individuals and families navigating neurodevelopmental and mental health challenges. They’re looking for an Intake Coordinator to be the welcoming face (and voice) of the organisation.
You’ll be building trust with prospective clients, guiding them through the intake process, and connecting them with the right specialists and programs. It’s part relationship management, part sales, and all about creating a seamless experience.

What you’ll be doing
  • Acting as the first point of contact for new clients and building lasting relationships
  • Conducting needs assessments and triaging to the right services
  • Inspiring clients to take up programs, managing onboarding, agreements, and payments
  • Following up on leads and ensuring no one slips through the cracks
  • Partnering with clinical and marketing teams to deliver an outstanding client journey
  • Tracking, reporting, and contributing ideas to strengthen service offerings
