Working within the broader Risk and Compliance team, the position of Insurance Administrator is multifaceted and will require you to manage and maintain the organisations insurance portfolio while working with a varied internal and external stakeholder group. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

You will have extensive experience managing numerous insurance claims and be comfortable liaising with a variety of stakeholders. This position is a part-time opportunity, offering 24 hours a week. My client offers a flexible working environment and set working days and hours are negotiable depending on the suitable candidate.

On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Assist with all aspects of insurance including reviewing coverage levels, liaising with insurance brokers and providers and providing timely responses to questions from customers
- Assist the Risk & Compliance Manager in the management of the insurance portfolio as may be required in updating insurance policies and any procedures, templates and forms to ensure they are accessible to all employees
- Responsible for developing and maintaining all aspects of insurance reporting system, including registers
- Ensure that all insurance information is appropriately managed with accuracy and in a timely manner, at the same time adhering to confidentiality and privacy principles
- Assist in undertaking investigations and administration of documents in relation to insurance claims
- Provide information and management reports on claims management activities when required
- Conduct a desk top review of the preceding year’s insurance program and assist the Risk & Compliance Manager in conducting a gap analysis
- Maintain copies of key insurance documentation (Renewal Report, Invoices, Policy Schedules, Policy Wordings and Claims Histories)
- Liaise with broker and/or insurer as required to develop a pro-active relationship
