Instructional Designer (A05)
Job description
I am partnering with my client to recruit an Instructional Designer to complement their team.
They are looking at someone who can come in, work with the team to get up to speed quickly and then roll your sleeves up to help them build a library of resources from instructional videos to online content and other easy ways of accessing information.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent Microsoft skills including SharePoint.
- Ability to get up to speed with a variety of screen sharing and video content software.
- Ability to take direction from various people and help out where they can add value to the team.
- Curiosity and a drive for excellence.
- An understanding of improving digital literacy and/or the ability to explain and simplify use of technology.
- Support the Program Director and Stream Leads, including but not limited to information and document management.
- Work with the business analysts to develop digital training materials.
- Use digital tools to create video and graphical resources such as fact sheets, animation, and videos.
- Responsibility for maintaining the Program SharePoint site.
