Troocoo are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join a critical government department to assist in designing, developing, and delivering engaging digital learning content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise
• Create and edit animated videos using Vyond
• Design visual content using Canva
• Develop and produce training videos with Camtasia
• Build clear and engaging storyboards and microlearning guides
• Extract key information from complex materials, including standard operating procedures
• Publish SCORM-compliant courses to Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in instructional design and digital learning tools
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, Vyond, Canva, and Camtasia
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
