We are proudly partnering with a highly reputable, premium product business experiencing strong growth to appoint an experienced Inside Sales ManagerThis role is focused on leadership, coaching, and building scalable sales processes. 

About the Role:
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will lead the Industrial & Commercial sales function, overseeing a team of sales professionals across inside sales. 

This is a hands-on leadership role where your impact will come from coaching people, improving systems, and driving consistency. The foundations are in place, the opportunity is to refine, systemise, and scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team across inside and field sales.
  • Improve lead qualification speed, quality, and consistency.
  • Drive strong customer service outcomes, measured through Net Promoter Score.
  • Embed clear, repeatable sales processes and performance metrics.
  • Ensure CRM, pricing, and reporting are accurate and consistently maintained.
  • Partner closely with marketing to manage inbound leads and pipeline flow.
  • Support continuous improvement across customer journey and service delivery.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture.
About You:
  • Proven experience leading and coaching sales teams.
  • Strong people leadership skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working with metrics, CRM systems, and performance reporting.
  • Able to bring structure, consistency, and process to a growing sales environment.
  • Confident coaching both experienced performers and newer team members.
  • Industry experience not essential, customer service and leadership capability is key.
