Troocoo is partnering with a trusted organisation to recruit an experienced ICT Sourcing Specialist for an initial 3-month contract, with strong potential for extension or permanency.
This role will see you play a key part in executing sourcing strategies across ICT spend areas, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance standards.

This role will see you play a key part in executing sourcing strategies across ICT spend areas, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver end-to-end sourcing activity across ICT hardware, software, services, and projects based procurement.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive supplier performance improvements.
- Support negotiation and contracting processes alongside legal and commercial stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and meet procurement needs.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure commercial outcomes are achieved.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and procurement frameworks.
- Proven experience in an ICT Sourcing Specialist or similar procurement/purchasing role.
- Understanding of ICT products, services, and market trends.
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
