Troocoo is currently recruiting an ICT Sourcing Manager. This full-time, permanent role is a senior and high-impact position that will drive commercial, relationship, and governance outcomes across the organisation’s ICT suppliers.

Based in Sydney, this role offers the opportunity to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management initiatives across a wide range of ICT categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies across ICT products and services.
• Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management, including variations, renewals, and issue resolution.
• Provide specialist advice to stakeholders on procurement policy, compliance, and best practice.
• Drive value-for-money outcomes while balancing risk, governance, and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships across all levels.

Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in ICT procurement, vendor management, and category management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills across IT services, licensing, and cloud solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of procurement frameworks, policies, and compliance requirements.
