ICT - Change Manager

Job description

Our valued client is seeking a dynamic ICT Change Manager to join their team in Brisbane. This pivotal role will lead the development and execution of Change and Training strategies throughout an ERP implementation project to ensure a smooth and successful transition. You’ll be join the project right at the beginning, so you will be able to influence throughout.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the communications strategy.
  • Evaluate and report on communication and training needs throughout the project lifecycle according to the communication management plan.
  • Develop and execute training programs to ensure users are proficient with the new software and processes.
  • Contribute to program governance and management, including scheduling, risk management, resourcing, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Technology.
  • 5+ years’ experience in leading large-scale and complex transformational change within technology-centric programs.
  • Proven ability to implement change management strategies in multi-site, multi-geography, and multi-cultural environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and proficiency in tools like Confluence and JIRA.
  • High-level computer skills in ERP systems.
  • Have worked in a global business previously (desired)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong analytical capabilities.
