By actively contributing in a Human Resources Officer capacity, you will support on all aspects of the function including; recruitment, inbox and system management, compliance and onboarding. - Support recruitment; drafting advertisements, reference checks.
- Generate employment contracts, support onboarding including gathering pre-employment documents.
- Manage Human Resources inbox.
- Support hiring managers and employees with first level enquiries.
- Strong administrative abilities with exposure to a fast-paced Human Resources function, ideally with supporting qualifications.
- Exceptional communication, coordination, and organisation skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide support across the business if needed.
- Strong attention to detail and stakeholder engagement skills.
