Troocoo are proudly partnering with a leading organisation within the mining services sector who are seeking a proactive and organised HR Coordinator to join their Brisbane-based team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that values teamwork, safety, and delivering high-quality outcomes across their projects. Working as part of a collaborative HR function, you’ll play a key role in supporting end-to-end coordination of people processes and ensuring a seamless employee experience.

The Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating onboarding and pre-employment requirements including reference checks, medicals, inductions and compliance.
  • Assisting with recruitment activities such as advertising, telephone screening and scheduling interviews.
  • Preparing employment contracts and letters of offer.
  • Maintaining employee records and supporting general HR administration.
  • Ensuring all employees are site-ready and compliant with company and client requirements.
About You

You’re an organised, people-focused individual with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach. You’ll bring experience in HR coordination or recruitment administration.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong administration background and be looking to grow their career in Human Resources. You’re confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
