Troocoo are proud to be partnering with one of our valued national clients to recruit an experienced and proactive HR Coordinator for a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team in a well-established organisation, based in Eight Mile Plains.

The Opportunity:
As the HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources function across the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving HR operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the HR calendar, ensuring key dates and milestones are tracked and actioned.
  • Monitor and manage the HR inbox, providing timely and professional responses to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with the coordination and administration of performance review processes.
  • Provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee queries.
  • Assist with HR reporting and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Support the broader HR team with project work and process improvements.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • Previous experience in a HR Coordinator or HR Administrator role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the confidence to work autonomously.
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
