Troocoo are proud to be partnering with one of our valued national clients to recruit an experienced and proactive HR Coordinator for a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team in a well-established organisation, based in Eight Mile Plains.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the HR calendar, ensuring key dates and milestones are tracked and actioned.
- Monitor and manage the HR inbox, providing timely and professional responses to internal stakeholders.
- Assist with the coordination and administration of performance review processes.
- Provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee queries.
- Assist with HR reporting and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Support the broader HR team with project work and process improvements.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in a HR Coordinator or HR Administrator role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the confidence to work autonomously.
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
