About the Role
As the Human Resources Consultant, you will join this growing business in a part-time capacity. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with other line managers and internal employees, you will build exceptional relationships across the organisation which will complement your ability to provide advice and mentor around HR practices, policies, and procedures. In this newly created opportunity, you will plan, implement, manage, and direct all HR compliance, recruitment, selection, onboarding, remuneration and employee engagement initiatives. You will also be responsible for initiating and leading all HR programs and projects.

About the Role
As the Human Resources Consultant, you will join this growing business in a part-time capacity. Day-to-day, you will:
- Facilitate the remuneration benchmarking process on all role types within the business.
- Support and provide mentoring around the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process, including the writing and reviewing of position descriptions and renewing employment contracts through to shortlisting.
- Be a trusted advisor to the business across all matters including employee relations and performance management.
- Review, develop, integrate, and update systems, policies and procedures across both HR and WHS.
- Develop and implement People and Culture initiatives in line with business objectives which support the optimal performance of teams.
About You
You will be a confident Human Resources professional who brings a strong understanding of contemporary best-practise. You will also bring:
- Experience in a similar Human Resources role.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a similar relevant discipline.
- Proven experience working across numerous HR projects and initiatives.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- An analytical, rational approach to problem solving with a focus on creating exceptional people outcomes.
