An exciting opportunity has opened up for a HR Business Partner to join a close-knit and high-performing People & Culture team based in Adelaide. This is a fulltime permanent role, offering great benefits. You'll play a key role in supporting a diverse, multi-skilled workforce across blue and white-collar environments, partnering with client groups located across Australia, working alongside the Senior BP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex case management, ER/IR matters, and workplace investigations
- Partner closely with an experienced Senior HR BP in a highly collaborative capacity
- Drive cultural and performance initiatives that align with organisational goals
- Identify high-potential employees and development opportunities.
- Plan for future leadership needs.
- Ensure business units comply with employment laws and internal policies.
- Provide interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
You’re a seasoned HR professional with deep expertise across strategic HR, employee relations, and business partnering. You're confident navigating complex environments and ready to make an immediate impact.
- Background in high-compliance industries highly regarded
- Skilled in both blue and white collar workforce engagement
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with a collaborative approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, national environment
- Permanent full time position
- Hybrid working: 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH
- Flexible hours within a 38-hour week
