Forming an integral part of the People and Culture team, this advisory position will work closely with leaders to give guidance on all Human Resources matters. You will work closely with key stakeholders and advise on matters including, employee relations, recruitment, retention and performance management. This role will also give you the opportunity to deliver successful people projects and employee engagement initiatives. Day to day you will:

- Provide expert advice to leaders on the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including case management, succession and development, remuneration and benefits in line with best practice.
- Recommend improvements to Human Resources processes and procedures to meet the changing needs of the business while in line with legislation and regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the greater People and Culture team and positively contribute to the business and deliver strong employee engagement.

- Experience advising on all aspects of Human Resources in a large, fast-paced organisation with supporting qualifications.
- Strong technical understanding of all aspects of Human Resources, including Learning and Development, Remuneration, Employee Relations, Recruitment and Engagement.
- A commercial approach to decision making, the desire to continuously achieve and the ability to manage competing demands.
- A confident, proactive and solutions focused approach to completing work independently and as a productive team member.
