Due to signification changes in the business our client is sourcing 3 Human Resources Advisors to support during a large project. These roles will work closely with leaders in the business and guide employees through a time of transformational change.

About the role:

- Manage and resolve complex employee relations and workplace health and safety matters.
- Coach and educate business leaders to effectively manage disputes and other affairs.
- Coordinate the necessary administration of the function.
- Process changes to employment contracts.
- Continuously look to improve HR processes and procedures in the business.
- Maintain reporting methods including HRIS.
To be successful in this role it is critical for you to be an experienced Human Resources Advisor, with working knowledge of employee relations. You will have great ability managing all levels of stakeholders and:
- Ideally be degree qualified; Business, Human resources or similar.
- Hold experience delivering employee relations advice, based on Fair work legislation.
- Confident in delivering and facilitating sessions around policies and procedures.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Immediately available for a period of 6 months.
