About the Role We are seeking a capable and passionate Human Resources Advisor with strong employee and industrial relations (ER/IR) expertise to join a supportive and collaborative HR team.

In this fast-paced generalist role, you will work closely with leaders across a large and geographically dispersed workforce, providing expert guidance and high-quality support on a range of complex HR issues. A key focus of this role will be high-volume case management, including performance, conduct, and workplace investigations. You will also contribute to broader workforce initiatives that promote organisational development and positive culture.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of employee relations cases, including performance management, grievances, misconduct, and disciplinary processes.
  • Provide accurate and timely advice on ER/IR matters, aligned with relevant legislation, enterprise agreements, and policies.
  • Coach and support people leaders to build confidence and capability in managing people matters.
  • Contribute to the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning and culture-building initiatives.
  • Support compliance, audit and reporting activities, including HR metrics and insights.
About You You are an experienced and confident HR professional with a strong interest in employee relations and a desire to make a positive impact. You thrive in a high-volume environment and enjoy being a trusted advisor to leaders.
You will bring:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in employee and industrial relations, ideally within a complex or service-based organisation.
  • Proven experience in high-volume case management and conducting workplace investigations.
  • A solid understanding of employment legislation, enterprise agreements and best-practice HR.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to regional sites as required.
