About the Role
As the HR Operations Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle, including compliance, policy, systems, and reporting. You’ll lead a small team of HR professionals, working closely with senior leaders to drive efficiencies, support organisational objectives, and deliver a consistent and engaging employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of HR operations staff to deliver efficient, compliant and people-focused services.
- Oversee HR systems, reporting, and data accuracy to support workforce planning and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with workplace legislation, industrial instruments, and internal policy.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide strategic HR operational insights and recommendations.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in HR operations leadership within complex organisations.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, compliance, and industrial relations frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
