Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, this role provides hands-on HR support across multiple business units. You will work closely with leaders and employees to deliver timely, practical and solutions-focused HR advice while supporting broader people initiatives and projects.
This is a true generalist role suited to someone who enjoys variety, stakeholder engagement and making a tangible impact through strong people practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR advice to leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle
- Support performance and disciplinary matters, including investigations and outcomes
- Assist with WHS and wellbeing matters, escalating complex issues as required
- Draft employment contracts, variations, probation confirmations and HR correspondence
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including new starter check-ins
- Manage HR administration, inbox enquiries and employee records
- Assist with HR reporting, metrics and documentation
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives
- Contribute to engagement, retention and capability-building activities
- Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline
- 3+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role
- Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and WHS frameworks
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships
- High attention to detail with strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Confident handling confidential and sensitive information
- Proficient across the Microsoft Office suite
