About the role
As the Human Resources Data, Systems and Reporting Lead you will be a trusted subject matter expert within the Culture and Performance team and will work to establish best practise processes and provide proactive insights to inform and support the organisations HR agenda and key priorities.
Reporting to the Executive Director - People, Culture and Education Services, you will provide advice, insights and analytics to key stakeholders within QTC on a broad range of people metrics. With an emphasis on establishing best-practice processes, systems and procedures, you will liaise with various divisions of the broader QTC business to capture and report on relevant human resources data. You will work closely with QTC leaders to provide expert nuanced advice on the foundation of company data, to propose, deliver and enhance reporting models for more streamlined and efficient outputs. As a highly experienced specialist within HR Data and Analytics, you will provide advice and recommendations to key stakeholders internally on Human Resources trends, benchmarking against external data where required.

You will be a capable and diligent Human Resources professional with extensive experience in reporting, data analytics and systems implementation. Your data integrity and attention-to-detail will be exceptional and a key driver to your success in the role. You will be confident in liaising with senior leaders and other key stakeholders to provide expert-level advice based on analytics and reporting. A logically minded individual, you will uphold strong professional and ethical standards to ensure confidentiality and discretion of company data and insights. Your ability to present information in a succinct, clear, and influential manner will come naturally. You will have experience in extrapolating data and confidently providing recommendations to ensure QTC’s People and Culture Team and the wider business are performing efficiently and effectively in line with the business operating model and relevant data trends.

- Develop a best practice approach to HR data and analytics within QTC
- Provide analytics and insights to help inform QTC’s HR strategy
- Lead the implementation of a new HRIS system, ensuring it is integrated adequately with the previous system and fit-for-purpose for the broader organisation.
- Working to consistently improve and enhance reporting, data analytics and systems within QTC to support overall business objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations for new and current initiatives and areas for improvement by effectively analysing data and building enhanced reporting models.
- Liaise with senior leaders and key stakeholders across QTC, providing insights and reports based on relevant data.
- Provide data and reporting insights to improve key Human Resources BAU activities including annual remuneration processes.
