Are you a capable and confident HR professional ready to step into a key role within a values-led organisation? We’re looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to support the smooth running of people operations and drive effective HR systems and practices across the business.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years’ experience in a generalist or coordinator capacity who’s confident working independently while supporting a dynamic operational team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Support leaders with workforce planning, staff retention strategies, and rostering alignment
- Maintain accurate employment contracts, variation letters, and compliance documentation
- Develop and implement simple, scalable HR systems and workflows
- Keep employee records and registers up to date, ensuring compliance and accessibility
- Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries
- Coach and support a junior HR Administrator
- Assist with employee relations and performance discussions as needed
- Provide award interpretation and contribute to workforce compliance
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR coordinator, advisor, or generalist role
- Sound understanding of Fair Work legislation and award interpretation (preferably SCHADS or similar)
- Experience implementing HR systems, documentation, and workflows
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to support and develop junior staff
- Sector experience in disability, community services, or aged care is an advantage
- Immediate start available
