- Position: Temporary HR Admin/Coordinator
- Duration: 2 months (potential for permanent placement)
- Location: CBD with flexible work arrangements (50/50 work-from-home)
- Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 + Superannuation (permanent rate)
- Timeframe: Starting immediately
General Administration:
- Manage HR enquiries inbox.
- Coordinate onboarding, contracts, and employee data in HRIS (Success Factors).
- Handle internal movements, restructures, and exits.
- Update organisational charts and manage HR cyclical activities.
- Assist with HR initiatives and maintain the visa register.
- Administer HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Support employees with HR systems and assist with system updates.
- Manage WGEA submissions and assist with HR reporting.
- Develop new reporting initiatives.
- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy.
- Efficient, proactive, and organised.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HR systems management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proactive and team-focused attitude.
