About the role
Our clients is looking for a proactive Human Resources Coordinators to support to their HR and Talent teams during their rapid period of growth. Reporting into the respective team leads, each role will:
  • Generate employment contracts, support onboarding including gathering pre-employment documents
  • Manage HR inbox
  • Support hiring managers and employees with first level queries
  • Support HRIS management and other ad hoc HR related initiatives
About you
To be successful in this role you will thrive in a fast paced but supportive environment. Your ability to manage stakeholders will be strong and you will enjoy providing administrative support across a high functioning team. You will also have:
  • 1-2 years HR generalist or administration experience in a professional environment.
  • Exceptional communication, coordination, and organisation skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide support across the business if needed.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to travel between Brisbane offices.
