Troocoo is proud to be partnering with a leading global organisation operating within a highly regulated and compliance-driven environment to appoint an HR Compliance professional.
This permanent role sits within in a specialised function and plays a critical part in supporting HR-related vetting and access suitability processes across the organisation.
About the Role
This position supports compliance with Australian and U.S. trade-control obligations by reviewing and assessing HR-related eligibility requirements for employees, contractors, suppliers and other third parties requiring access to company systems, facilities and programs.
You will operate within established governance frameworks and apply structured decision-making processes to ensure consistent, defensible and compliant outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Review citizenship and eligibility documentation to assess suitability for site and program access
- Apply established vetting frameworks and escalate potential compliance risks
- Liaise with HR, Supplier Management, Trade Controls leadership and broader business stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and secure records in line with governance requirements
- Support process improvements to strengthen compliance and operational efficiency
- Provide guidance to hiring managers and program leads on access and eligibility requirements
- Assist with ad-hoc compliance queries as required
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Comfortable working within structured governance and compliance frameworks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance
