As part of this journey, we are seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join the team in a newly created role, supporting the Australian portfolio while working closely with global stakeholders.

About the Role
This is a true generalist opportunity where you will partner with leaders across software development, corporate services, and regional management teams globally. You will provide quality HR advice and guidance, deliver on strategic recruitment needs, and support the organisation’s people strategy through key projects and initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle
• Partnering with leaders to provide coaching, advice, and HR solutions
• Managing end-to-end recruitment, including strategic hires across the business
• Leading and contributing to HR projects, initiatives, policies, and procedures
• Acting as a trusted advisor, able to challenge and influence business decisions
• Supporting the development of a strong, collaborative team culture
• Driving performance and capability through coaching and development of leaders
• Supporting workforce planning and talent management initiatives
• Leading employee relations matters, including investigations and performance management
• Supporting remuneration, benefits, and annual review processes
• Analysing HR data and metrics to provide insights and support decision-making
• Contributing to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the business
• Championing engagement and culture programs that align to business strategy

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Extensive HR Business Partnering experience with strong generalist capability
• Proven ability to coach, influence, and challenge leaders constructively
• Demonstrated success in managing recruitment processes end-to-end
• Strong stakeholder management skills across both local and global teams
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication skills
