About the Role

Troocoo are proud to be partnering with a well-known for-purpose organisation in search of a HR Business Partner to join their corporate services portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a trusted strategic advisor who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering proactive, solutions-focused people initiatives.

In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders and employees across the organisation, driving organisational development and change management initiatives whilst ensuring the business is well-supported with forward-thinking HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building strong, influential relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Provide proactive HR support and guidance, with strong coaching, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Partner with leaders to deliver OD and change management programs, embedding best practice approaches.
  • Navigate complex conversations with confidence, offering commercially sound and people-centric solutions.
  • Operate with agility and autonomy in a fast-paced environment, balancing empathy with resilience.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, ideally within complex environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent conflict management and coaching capabilities.
  • Commercial acumen, coupled with a strong sense of purpose and alignment to the values of an NFP organisation.
  • Ambition and eagerness to develop your career through exposure to diverse projects and initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Mercer Job Evaluation certification (or willingness to obtain).
