About The Opportunity

Troocoo is partnering with a well-established, purpose-driven organisation to recruit a Human Resources Business Partner supporting one of its primary operational branches.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional seeking a permanent part-time role (0.6 FTE) with strong stakeholder engagement and exposure to employee and industrial relations matters within a values-led organisation.

About The Role

The Role Working as part of the People & Culture function, the HR Business Partner will provide trusted advisory support to leaders across the organisation, with a particular focus on supporting a key operational branch and engaging with a broader membership-based network.

This role will partner closely with leadership to deliver practical HR support across employee relations, workforce management and organisational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day HR advisory support to leaders across the primary branch
  • Manage employee relations matters including investigations, grievances and performance management
  • Provide guidance on Awards, employment legislation and industrial relations matters
  • Partner with stakeholders across a broader network to ensure consistent HR practices and compliance
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities
  • Assist with the implementation of people and culture initiatives across the organisation
  • Build trusted relationships with managers to strengthen leadership capability and people outcomes
About You

You are a pragmatic HR professional who enjoys working closely with leaders to solve workplace challenges and support positive people outcomes.
You will bring:
  • Strong experience in a HR Business Partner position
  • Strong employee relations and industrial relations capability
  • Experience interpreting Modern Awards and employment legislation
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to provide practical, balanced and commercially minded HR advice
  • Experience working in complex or multi-stakeholder environments will be highly regarded
Working Arrangements
  • Permanent Part-Time – 0.6 FTE
  • Hybrid working: 2 days in office, 1 day working from home
  • Brisbane based role
