We’re recruiting Casual Housing Officers to support tenancy and property management within a community services organisation. This role is ideal for someone experienced with the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act who wants flexible, meaningful work.

What you’ll be doing
• Managing tenancies across their lifecycle
• Applying the RTA confidently in day to day decisions
• Conducting inspections and coordinating maintenance
• Monitoring rent, arrears, reviews and documentation
• Supporting tenants to sustain housing
• Maintaining accurate, compliant records

What you’ll need
• Minimum 1 year experience or strong working knowledge of the RTA
• Experience in community housing, tenancy or property management
• Strong admin and time management skills
• Calm, professional communication style
• Confidence working within policies and KPIs
