What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee a portfolio of housing properties, from allocations and inspections to rent and arrears
  • Support tenants through every step of their housing journey, promoting independence and wellbeing
  • Organise property maintenance and liaise with contractors to keep homes safe and functional
  • Ensure tenancy processes run smoothly and compliantly, addressing feedback with care and professionalism

Who You Are
You’re empathetic, organised, and resilient, with a genuine passion for helping people secure safe housing. You can balance supporting clients while keeping a practical eye on property management.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Certificate IV in Social Housing or relevant community services qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in tenancy or housing management
  • Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act is a bonus
Checks Required
  • National Police Certificate
  • Working with Children (Blue Card)
