About the Role:
As a key member of the executive leadership team, this newly established role is a pivotal force in shaping and accelerating revenue growth, expanding channel presence, and enhancing commercial performance across every digital touchpoint.
This role holds end-to-end responsibility for all promotional and channel strategies, driving sales through a disciplined, insight-driven, and seamlessly coordinated approach across all platforms.
This role will work in close partnership with the Founder to authentically translate the brand’s vision into reality—fuelled by purpose, ambition, and a deep connection to the customer.
Equally important is the ability to collaborate across the broader leadership team—aligning on strategy, building scalable systems, and delivering exceptional execution that propels long-term growth.
Together, the united and visionary leadership group will guide the transformation of the business from a strong foundation into a category-defining market leader, remaining relentlessly customer-centric.
About the Person:
The ideal candidate is a commercially curious and confident leader with over 10 years of experience in senior commercial roles across fashion, retail, or female consumer-focused brands. They will have a strong track record in revenue growth, channel strategy, and sales leadership—particularly in retail, e-commerce, and lifestyle sectors.
With a deep understanding of founder-led environments, they bring the agility, entrepreneurial spirit, and stakeholder alignment needed to thrive in a fast-paced, values-driven business.
This leader brings solid experience in retail and e-commerce operations, along with a clear capability in promotional planning and trade execution. They understand how to integrate digital and physical touchpoints to deliver seamless, high-performing customer experiences.
Comfortable in data-rich environments, they are highly proficient in working with dashboards, KPIs, and analytics, using insights to inform decisions and optimise performance. Their ability to craft and execute omni-channel strategies ensures alignment between the brand’s vision and measurable commercial outcomes.
