Reporting to the CFO, this role will lead a high-performing team and play a critical role in shaping procurement strategy, strengthening supplier risk frameworks, and delivering commercial outcomes aligned to business growth.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will partner with executive stakeholders to enhance procurement capability, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimise supplier performance across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement across procurement processes, systems, and policies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and complex commercial negotiations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, align procurement strategies, and deliver commercial outcomes.
- Lead procurement transformation, including systems, processes, and capability uplift across the business.
- Establish and oversee procurement governance, policies, and supplier risk management frameworks.
- Deliver enterprise-wide value creation through cost optimisation, supplier innovation, and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to broader organisational strategy and foster a strong, values-driven culture.
- Proven experience in a senior procurement leadership role, such as Head of Procurement, Director, or General Manager.
- Recent experience within Banking & Financial Services is essential.
- Strong expertise in supplier risk management, governance, and regulatory frameworks, including CPS230.
- Demonstrated experience leading procurement transformation, including systems and process improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and engage teams and senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to delivery.
