About the Role
As the Head of Financial Performance, you will lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring they align with strategic objectives. You will analyze variances, deliver insights for decision-making, and collaborate with senior leadership on financial strategies.
- Oversee the organization’s budgeting process, ensuring detailed and aligned budgets, whilst ensuring accurate financial forecasting across divisions, delivering real-time insights into the organisation's financial position.
- Develop KPIs, providing insights into key financial metrics, whilst analysing financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ensuring effective communication with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Conduct financial evaluations and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and corporate governance.
- Proven experience in financial reporting and management within a large organisation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and present it effectively.
- Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools, particularly Microsoft Dynamics AX, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
