Troocoo are proud to be partnering with an industry leading organisation, committed to ensuring their finance division is constantly improving. We are seeking an experienced Head of Financial Performance for an initial 4 month contract to lead their financial operations.

Based in Brisbane's bayside, this is an exciting opportunity to drive the budgeting process, enhance forecasting accuracy, and provide strategic financial insights.

About the Role

As the Head of Financial Performance, you will lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring they align with strategic objectives. You will analyze variances, deliver insights for decision-making, and collaborate with senior leadership on financial strategies.

• Oversee the organization’s budgeting process, ensuring detailed and aligned budgets, whilst ensuring accurate financial forecasting across divisions, delivering real-time insights into the organisation's financial position.
• Develop KPIs, providing insights into key financial metrics, whilst analysing financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ensuring effective communication with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Conduct financial evaluations and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making. 
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and corporate governance.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in financial reporting and management within a large organisation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and present it effectively.
• Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools, particularly Microsoft Dynamics AX, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
