Troocoo is proud to be partnering with a key client to appoint a Head of Enterprise Change & Internal Communications to lead and strengthen enterprise-wide change capability across the business.

The Opportunity to lead both the Enterprise Change and Internal Communications functions, ensuring transformation initiatives are prioritised, aligned and embedded effectively across the organisation.

This role will focus on providing leadership, stability and strategic direction, mentoring and coaching change professionals while building a consistent enterprise approach to change delivery.

You will lead a team of five direct reports and support a broader network of embedded change resources across strategic programs.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading the Enterprise Change and Internal Communications functions
  • Mentoring, coaching and uplifting capability within the change team
  • Establishing a consistent enterprise-wide approach to change management
  • Advising the Executive Leadership Team on change priorities and sequencing
  • Partnering with governance and program teams to ensure early integration of change
  • Providing enterprise-level insights and reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Embedding enterprise change leadership frameworks and cultural models
  • Ensuring internal communications align with the organisation’s broader strategic narrative
About You

You are a strategic and people-focused change leader who enjoys building capability and guiding organisations through complex transformation.
You will bring:
  • 10+ years’ experience leading enterprise or large-scale change initiatives
  • Experience mentoring and developing change practitioners and communication professionals
  • Proven success establishing enterprise change frameworks and governance
  • Strong capability influencing executive and senior leadership stakeholders
  • Experience leading high-performing teams and capability uplift programs
  • A pragmatic and commercial mindset focused on sustainable change outcomes
  • Qualifications in Change Management (e.g. PROSCI) and relevant tertiary education
