About the role:
- Drive integrated digital campaigns across paid media, social, SEO, email and web in collaboration with channel leads
- Oversee campaign operations including testing, QA, asset management and deployment
- Optimise campaign performance with insights from MQLs, CTR, conversions, and lead quality
- Collaborate with automation and CRM teams to deliver high-converting nurture journeys and lifecycle flow
- Monitor KPIs and translate campaign data into actionable insights
- Support performance reporting and assist with attribution tracking for marketing and sales stakeholders
- Contribute to organic strategy including blog and web content, aligned with campaign and brand goals
- Support social content planning and execution in collaboration with creative and channel teams
- 3–5 years' experience in digital marketing or demand generation roles (ideally in B2B environments)
- Strong understanding of paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Programmatic) and marketing automation platforms
- Proficient in reporting tools and familiar with marketing attribution frameworks
- Comfortable working across global, matrixed teams with a collaborative and agile approach
- Detail-driven with excellent time management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business; certifications in Google, Meta, or LinkedIn are a plus
