As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving commercial outcomes. You will lead strategic initiatives across a portfolio of indirect categories, ensuring sourcing activities align with business objectives while delivering cost savings, innovation, and sustainable value.

Key Responsibilities
- Leads the planning, execution, and management of category and contract strategies.
- Develop and implement forward-thinking initiatives, including supplier consolidation and category management plans.
- Drive strategic sourcing projects, ensuring best practice procurement and value for money.
- Build, manage, and enhance supplier relationships to drive innovation and performance.
- Develops negotiation strategies and leads commercial negotiations.
- Monitor supplier performance and nurture long-term strategic partnerships.
- Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities while ensuring governance, compliance, and sustainability.
- Proven experience in category management, procurement, or contract management roles.
- Strong background in strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior levels.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to deliver cost savings and value creation.
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
