Our client in the education sector has an exciting opportunity for a Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst to join their business engagement team.
In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across multiple modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) and integrations with third-party solutions such as Unimarket (Procure-to-Pay).

What you’ll be doing
- Provide administration, configuration, and support for D365 Finance & Operations core modules.
- Manage user requests via the Service Desk, including effective triaging and escalation.
- Monitor system performance, data integrity, and implement improvements.
- Manage financial system upgrades, releases, testing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate finance environment changes with developers, testers, and end users.
- Partner with vendors and SMEs to deliver business outcomes and enhancements.
- Support integrations with procurement and downstream finance systems.
- Act as a product specialist (SME) on projects and system enhancements.
- Contribute to process improvement, governance, and adoption of new technologies.
- Sound knowledge of D365 Finance & Operations or other enterprise financial solutions.
- Experience with Procure-to-Pay systems (Unimarket highly regarded).
- Skills across business analysis, product management, release/change management.
- Understanding of multi-entity or multi-company environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
