Are you a natural problem-solver with strong organisational skills and a passion for logistics? We're looking for a Fleet Allocator to join our dynamic operations team and help us keep our fleet running smoothly, efficiently, and on time.
We have two shifts available:
Shift 1: Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm & every second Saturday 6am - 12pm (one Saturday a month from home)
Shift 2: Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm & every second Saturday 6am - 12pm (one Saturday a month from home)
About the Role

About the Role

Your ability to adapt under pressure, solve problems quickly, and communicate effectively with stakeholders will drive success in this position. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and scheduling deliveries to meet delivery in full, on time targets.
- Managing logistics challenges in real-time, including re-routing and stakeholder updates.
- Maximising fleet utilisation while ensuring safety and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring inventory and stock levels at depots to prevent delays.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring proactive communication about delivery status.
- Contributing to a positive customer experience by achieving Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.
About You
To excel in this role, you will have:
- Experience in fleet allocation, scheduling, or logistics coordination.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise tasks under time pressures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Intermediate IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working within a dynamic team environment.
- Industry experience in transport, manufacturing or building materials (advantageous but not essential).
