As the successful candidate you will be a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer, with a detailed track record of managing accounts payable duties.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for a wide range of financial tasks and administrative duties; ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, managing payment schedules and maintaining financial records. You will work closely with the finance department to support the financial operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the accounting processes.

About the Role
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for a wide range of financial tasks and administrative duties; ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, managing payment schedules and maintaining financial records. - Review, verify, and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and execute payments, whilst maintaining relationships with vendors, addressing any discrepancies.
- Reconcile ledgers to ensure that all payments are accounted for.
- Maintain organised and accurate records of all accounts payable transactions and related documents.
- Working knowledge of accounting packages such as MYOB or Xero.
- Demonstrated experience in financial administration, particularly in accounts payable and receivable or financial management.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
