Due to their ongoing growth, they are seeking a Finance Officer to join their team on a permanent basis, located within Fortitude Valley.
About the role
Joining the corporate services team, you will be working alongside the Senior Finance Office and Administration Officer. This is an all-rounder type finance role which will see you completing a large range of duties daily. Whilst finance duties will take most of your time in this role, you will also be assisting the administration officer where needed as well. Some key duties will include:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Financial Reporting
- Basic IT Support
- Management of Equipment Registers
- Company Event Coordination and General Office Administration Duties.
We are looking for a Finance and administrative professional that thrives within a team environment. To be successful for this position you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organised and have the ability to work to tight deadlines. This role will also require the successful candidate to have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a Finance Officer position, as well as intermediate MS Word and MS Excel skills.
