About the Role
The Finance Manager will be responsible for the production of the financial reporting and leading a team of roughly five employees across all aspects of financial governance. The Finance Manager will also enjoy a fast paced environment and be a support to the operational leadership.
- Lead month-end process, ensuring accuracy of financial reporting.
- Review general ledger transactions & ensure the integrity and accuracy.
- Prepare financial reports, P&L, balance sheets, and management reports.
- Oversee cash management and monitor cash flow actual verses forecast.
- Maintain fixed assets register, prepare yearly budgets with relevant stakeholders.
- Produce forecast, analyse financial data and manage the year-end audit process.
- Mentoring and coaching junior accounting team members.
Professional Requirements;
- CA/CPA Qualified.
- Accounting or Business degree, with
- Be a positive contributor across the leadership team.
- Very strong relationship management experience. You will have the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders both internally (overseas) and externally.
- Excellent communication and negotiations skills.
- Experience of level yield accounting and US GAAP would be well regarded.
- Experience of SQL will be advantageous.
