We are seeking an experienced Finance Partner to join a high-performing finance team, providing strategic support across a large and complex organisation. This is a senior role where you will act as a trusted advisor to executive and senior stakeholders, influencing key financial and commercial decisions.

The Role

As a Finance Partner, you will lead financial planning, provide commercial insight, and support decision-making across your portfolio. You will work closely with senior leaders to drive performance, manage risk, and ensure sustainable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic partnering and planning

• Provide financial advice to senior stakeholders
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities
• Identify risks and opportunities

Financial advisory and performance

• Support financial and commercial decision-making
• Monitor performance and manage budgets
• Provide input on complex financial matters

Stakeholder engagement

• Build strong relationships with senior leaders
• Present insights clearly to support decisions

Leadership and Collaboration

• Support team development and capability
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment

About You

• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
• Experience working in large or complex organisations
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CA or CPA qualified (or working towards)
