About the Roles:

We are partnering with leading organisations to recruit for multiple call centre and claims-based positions. These roles are essential in providing empathetic and efficient support to customers during peak demand periods.

Typical duties include:
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service by managing enquiries and resolving requests with professionalism and empathy
  • Assessing and processing claims accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining adherence to scheduled rosters and break times
  • Managing customer interactions with care and attention to detail
  
About You:

We’re looking for individuals who can remain calm and compassionate under pressure and who take pride in helping others.

You will have:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced contact centre or claims environment
    (Applicants from retail or hospitality backgrounds seeking to move into an office-based role are also encouraged to apply)
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Availability to work across the Christmas and New Year period
  • Ability to complete background checks as required
  • The ability to start within a week's notice
