Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, handling confidential matters with discretion, from travel and calendar management to liaising with senior stakeholders.
- Provide a high level of Board support: Board papers coordinated accurately and submitted on time.
- Organise on and off-site meetings including arranging all bookings, catering, transport, appropriate resourcing, travel and accommodation
- Prepare relevant and confidential documentation required for boards, committees, conferences and other commitments
- Manage diverse projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met while balancing competing priorities within the business.
- Act as a central point for business operations, managing office logistics, supplier relationships, and process improvements to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the company.
- Collaborate on strategic business development efforts, including research, presentations, and business communication, actively contributing to the company’s growth and operational success.

Salary is based upon experience: $100K - 120K plus superannuation.
