Executive Assistant

What You’ll Do:
As the right hand to our executives, you’ll be responsible for keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently, allowing our leaders to focus on driving strategy and growth. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing complex calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements
  • Preparing high-quality documents, reports, and presentations
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Acting as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Supporting meetings with agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Coordinating team events, offsites, and special projects
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years’ experience in an executive or senior-level administrative role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Mastery of scheduling tools (Google Workspace, Outlook, etc.)
  • A proactive mindset—always three steps ahead
  • Impeccable attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment

Monday to Friday business hours, offering a salary of $92K - $104K plus superannuation. Inner city suburbs location, southside.
